SHOES, SHOES, SHOES!
I admit, I'm a boots-whore. I LOVE boots. I can honestly say that in my room right now has four pairs of boots somewhere. More in my closet. LOL.
www.endless.com
That's where I get my boots these days - and a bag. It's FREE overnight shipping! So that means that you get it the next day! How exciting. I found this site on Vanessa's (necessarymakeup)'s blog. Check her out!
So the boots I got are tall, knee-highs. Eh, it's a bit TOO high for me, but I love them nonetheless. I want these other ones, but they didn't have my size. ): It was an ankle boot, too! But I decided on the knee-highs. There's this other knee-highs that I want, also. I'm going poor! ):

STILA VS URBAN DECAY
Let me tell you this, It was only 15 minutes ago that I put the urban decay's 24/7 eye lining pencil on my waterline, and it's GONEEEEEEEEEEE. Stila's still there, though. A little off on the edge, but still there! I think I'll stick with MAC's fluidline on my waterline, even though it's not supposed to be... maybe MUFE?

EFFORTLESS SOFT WAVES
I'm back with a vengence! LOL. So I took a little hiatus from the youtube world; but I still answered a few comments and what not. And not to mention, I've been obsessed with Twilight lately and midterms suck. Life calls!
I AM WEARING SHORTS! it rode up a little ]: I didn't notice that it looked kinda hoe-ish on video as I was editing. That's what you get with being distracted with TV while editing a video LOL.
In other news, I hauled plenty since my last haul video, but I'm stopping with those haul videos and collection ones; personal reasons.

FANTASIA HEAT PROTECTANT
FANTASIA HEAT PROTECTANT
PRICE: 8.99 US
PACKAGING: 4 out of 5
OVERALL: 5 out of 5
REPURCHASE? YES.
Hello hello! So here I am with a full on review of my heat protectant, which is one of the popular items that you youtube viewers ask about. Let me tell you, before I even used this, my hair was horrible! This helped me a lot with the protecting part, let me tell ya.
This contains silicone, vitamin E, aloe and sunscreen. It's important for you to have sunscreen in your hair as you're out in the sun, and it is directing direct sunlight and heat to your hair. The silicone acts like a glove, grabbing your hair, making it silky and smooth. That's taking the hurting rather than your hair when you're using your hot tools such as the flat irons or curling irons. It's like a hair condom, not to be too vulgar. :D LOL.
Can be purchased here.
So! I explain everything in this video below. Have a look! :D

BEFORE AND AFTER MAKE UP
I remember once when my uncle came around 7 in the morning and I let him in. Keeping in mind that I had no make up whatsoever, AND that I just woke up, I didn't look like I usually do. He's used to seeing me at least half decent, haha. So the next day my sister came to me and said, "*uncle* said that you looked so different,"
L.O.L.
Yes, I had to spread that out. I think I do look different without make up. So, when my friend called me and asked if I wanted to grab lunch with him on short notice, I decided to make a before and after make up video. I didn't know that I look completely different, and I have to say, make up really really enhances your natural beauty. xD

MAYBELLINE MINERAL POWDER (LIQUID) REVIEW
(Boy does that picture look kinda small... LOL)
MAYBELLINE MINERAL POWDER (LIQUID)
PRICE: $8 - 10 US
PACKAGING: 4 out of 5
APPLICATION: 5 out of 5
OVERALL: 5 out of 5
REPURCHASE: HELL YES! :D
If you follow my videos on youtube, you will know that I have a hard time with acne and what not. I've used MAC's studio fix, which broke me out. Powder and liquid, mind you. And don't let me get started with Bare Escentuals! They broke me out like no other during high school. If only I can change back time.
PROS
This foundation is THE BEST foundation! I find that it works best with my MAC 187 brush. It hasn't broke me out yet, doesn't clog my pores AT ALL. It's a buildable foundation. It hides my scars really well. I've noticed, my sister AND mom too!, that I don't have a lot of blemishes any more. In fact, they're clearing up! Only scars are left and an ocassional bump when the monthly flow - ;D - comes in, that's it! Thank gawd for that. It's worth a try! It's a damn good drugstore foundation I have ever tried! I'm just in love with Maybelline's foundations! I also recommend the SuperStay foundation. :D Now, I'm a matte type of girl, so this gives me a dewy look. I just slab on a powder (MAC MSF) and BAM! I'm all good for the day.
CONS
I find that if you don't have a stipling brush like the MAC 187, it WILL, no doubt, streak on you. Don't overload your face with the product, go leisurely at first. Then build up. The packaging is another story, it's an eye dropper type of packaging. I would like it if it was in a container like the MAC's liquid foundations where it has a pump, but this is fine, also. Other than that, I have nothing to complain about!
I really suggest you guys buy this. Check out my foundation routine on youtube, where I used this product. :D
UPDATE
Hey everyone who reads my blog. LOL. I have no idea if anyone reads this, but hey. It's worth a shot. I just want to give everyone a little update on what videos are coming up!
I'm will be talking about my hair a little bit more since a lot of you have been asking about it. I'm definitly going to do a video on my Fantasia Heat Protectant Serum. Everyone's talking about it, and I'm always raving about it. I just love their products! Everyone took my advice and bought it, they LOVED it! Yay!
Any-hoots. School is starting in a week. September 2, I believe. So get ready for some more updates! LOL. Talk about procrastination!
In other news, I just wanted to give a special thanks to thatgirl887 and my friend, Churro. Yes, Churro. LOL. That's a nickname we call him. They made me banners, and I'll be sure to put that girl887's up as soon as next week. I'm going to alternate! LOL
But other than that, I just wanted to thank all my subscribers. :D
I'm very random at times, but don't you hate it when you're uploading something on youtube and all of the sudden it goes to a "Problem loading page" sign or somethign like that? UGH. ): I'm in the process of uploading a video for you folks and I get that. Maybe I'll try later.
I need to cut my hair this is how long it's getting.
That's one of my best friends in the back, she's the best. But look at my hair! I seriously need to cut it. LOL. And if you're wondering, she kicked my ass in pool. LOL.
Okay, that's all for now, folks! I'm going to do a few reviews soon. And if you read my past reviews, they are very, very detailed! LOL.

VERY NATURAL EYES
Now, a lot of men likes women who doesn't wear make up. Really? Gorgeous women who doesn't wear make up are the ones who shows their true self. REALLY? I've been reading about and That's what I come across a lot. So, let me say, Those "natural" women most likely "enhance" themselves. Who doesn't?! Not all of us are blessed like Jessica Alba. She's gorgeous! Here is a tutorial on how to be natural while using make up. If you see, My eyes are wider, bigger and more awake when I tight-lined my eyes. It's all about the eyeliner, girls. (:
AUTUMN EYES
Autumn's coming up, folks! Boy, let me tell you. I hate summer because it's so hot! Now, I love the cold, I love how you'd be all bundled up all warm when I wake up. Hell, I love to feel the cold so much, I'm wearing spaghetti shirts during the winter, LOL. Something about wearing long sleeved or short sleeved shirts makes me feel weird. So here's an eyeshadow look, pictures in the end. The main color was yellow and brown, considering that's what I see when I look outside when it's fall.
FOUDNATION ROUTINE
So I've been asked about my foundation routine quiet a bit lately. Let me tell you this first: If you watch my videos, you'd hear me talk about my blemishes, acne and such. Well! Let's all put our hands together and say for some reason, they're dying down! Weee! What is my secret? Well, I haven't figured it out yet, as I didn't change anything so drastic. I haven't been using any new face scrubs or such. But let me tell you, if you're looking for a new face scrub, I would suggest Neutrogena's Acne Stress Control. It's the green one, and it exfoliates your skin, and it helps A LOT. Let me tell you, I had these two huge bumps on my face, and I hated it. I recently found my travel sized one out of the blue (it was forgotten and left in my train case) and used it. After two days, it died down. What a relief! It's great. But I haven't been buying it lately, but be assured that I will be doing a review on it soon!
Anyway! As for my foundation, I did change what I used. I now use Maybelline's Mineral Powder, the liquid one. I will be doing a full on review in a separate entry. But this entry is just talking about my foundation routine. Now, let me tell you, I have TONS and TONS of scars. I use Clinique's Line Smoothing Concealer. That thing is a miracle worker! I absolutely love this. A great alternative to this is Almay's Blemish Concealer. With Mimi's (d0rkstra)'s foundation routine when I first saw it, I just had to try it. It works just as well as Clinique's. But I have to say, I LOVE Clinique's so much better, as it hides my under eyes and scars a bit more.
MAC's MSF, Mineralize Skin Finish, works wonders! It's baked, and mineralized, so it's meant to be "good" for your skin. Does it work? Hell yes! Let's just say that I've tried their foundations, and hello break out city! But this doesn't make me break out at all, which I loved. I have to admit, however. MAC is GREAT with the different color variety with choosing what color foundation is for you.
Other than that, I have nothing else to say about my face. LOL. Here's a video for you guys if you'd like to see how I apply my foundation. (:

Ever wanted big hair? Ever wanted to try the "pouf"? Well! Here's the thing, you have to start small, and gradually build up to your desired hair. So, here's a tutorial for us BEGINNERS, as I hardly have big hair, I'm the type who likes flat hair. [:
And! It's also a 2 in 1 tutorial for side swept bangs.

BABY LISS PRO NANO TITANIUM
So here's a lesson that I've learned during the summer.
If you suck at math, don't major in Business. Especially accounting. Anything that has to do with Administration. ): Let's just say that Business Admin. isn't my major anymore, LOL!
So! I've been meaning to update my blog about the BabyLiss Pro Nano Titanium, the one with the tutorial below, which I will post again on this one.
I talked to Jordan from BeautyChoice.com today, and I realized that I didn't do a written review on the flat iron on here. I will be doing a written review on my HerStyler, also.
Any-whos! Let's get on with the review!
BABY LISS PRO NANO TITANIUM
Price: $79.95 US
Price: 5 out of 5
Packaging: 4.5 out of 5
Overall: 5 out of 5
Let's start with the product itself.
At first, when I saw "Nano" I thought it was small. Boy, was I wrong! I don't even think it has to do with the size. I believe it's something with the titanium. One of the most noticeable difference between this flat iron and others out there, is that it's titanium, not ceramic. This is what they describe the product on the website.
With the Babyliss Pro Nano Titanium 1-3/4 inch Flat Iron you'll find the latest state-of-the art technology combined with wider plates that make styling long, thick hair a breeze. Innovative Nano Technology combines the high heat conductivity of Titanium in the plates with the heat-resistant properties of Ryton on the outer casing to deliver a smooth, snag-free glide down your strands. Nano Titanium plates with Advanced Surround Heat will straighten your hair 40% faster, eliminating damage and reducing stress, especially on hair that is thick or dry. This professional iron also features a slim, lightweight body and a digital ionic LED temperature setting up to 450 degrees F. If you have a thick massive mop that needs serious, snag-free smoothing, this iron is definitely for you.
Let's get the basics down. The heat goes from 320 - 450. Now that's HOT HOT HOT! And get this, the unique thing about this, is that when you look at the degrees, it's digital instead of the regular dial. There's a + and - button to know pushing it higher or lower. There's a swivel cord, and the wire itself is pretty long. The plates, they're mashed together, so no fall out! Yay for that.
So here's a list of a pro and con.
PRO
- the PRICE
- it's big, so it will get a lot of hair in a short amount of time
-makes my hair smooth and silky
- it's durable
- medium heavy
CONS
- the digital clock can be turned off, or to a lower/higher temperature by accident
PROS
Now, when I frist used it, I fell in love. it flattened my hair with one swipe. I love that in a flat iron! It makes my hair more smoother and silkier, which I think every girl wants. Who wants to have coarse, dry hair? It even made my split ends soft! LOL. Now that's saying something! I used the lowest heat to flat iron my hair, too. But when curling, I use the second lowest. Now, I was thinking to myself, This thing is HUGE! I don't know if it would give me any curls since it's big. But I was wrong. It gave me these beautiful big wavy curls. Now that's what I'm talking about! Haha. But I loved this. I would have to say, it is definitely better than my herstyler. And it's BLUE! Yay for blue! As I'm pulling down on my hair, it doesn't feel as if I'm really pulling my hair, it glides down smoothly, rather than the BioSilk one, it felt as if you go down, stop, go down and stop. This one just glides like butter on oil. Have I ever mention that I'm an addict for bread and better? LOL. >:]
CONS
See how I was saying how cool it was to have the on and off button on the side for my other flat iron? Well! Thing is, that one you would have to actually push the button to the side. This one, since you just push a button like a microwave, you can easily push it either on, off or to a higher/lower temperature. I've accidentally turned it off many times, but I found out why. Turn the button side in your palm so that your fingers won't hit it. That's it. One con. I have nothing else to say about it!
I don't remember if I told you about the prices and flat irons, but here it is. Splurge a little on a good flat iron. A "cheap" flat iron can be good to the eye, but it is really damaging your hair. Some with ceramic that are drug store brand still aren't good, they break easily.
In another note, has anyone ever tried hot tools? I've been eyeing that curling iron for a while now after seeing Pursebuzz use that. Helen of Troy, also! I've been wanting that in 1 1/4 for big curls at the end of my hair. If you tried it, let me know! [:
Sorry if I'm all over the place, I'm writing this review while I'm in class. Okay! Time for tetris now. LOL. Listen up, kiddies! Don't be like me. Pay attention in class. xD
Here's the Sophia Bush inspired hair that I did. You can see how the curls were, too.
One more last tidbit before I leave. BeautyChoice.com also sells other hair products other than hair styling tools. I know, I know. I sound as if I'm advertising here. But seriously! I do research before I actually do any advertising for a company, and I see that they sell my elipitator! They're selling it for 68.99, when I bought it for like 80, I believe! Ugh. Could have saved me 10 bucks, haha.
Heat protectant! The best way to try it and not buy a bottle that can set you back is buying a flat iron that has a little travel size gift with your purchase. I've been eyeing the CHI 44 Iron Guard Thermal Protection Spray and CHI Ingra Treatment Protecting Treatment, too! So I'll let you guys know whenever I buy it. Ahh, the life of a college student. Being poor isn't a happy thing, guys! LOL.
So I highly recommend this flat iron! It's 79.95 right now, and if you use YT-2008bc as a discount code, you'll get 5 dollars off! Now that's a STEAL for this flat iron! Go, go go!

Go, go go!

NAIL TUTORIAL
This first one, I'm showing ou how to do a French Tip, with a twist to it. I just added two lines where the white color would be. In this case, I used green instead of the usual white French Tip.
I saw reorsusie do this, and thought it was beautiful! I couldn't help but make a video. I went to her youtube channel to put it on the description box, but all of her videos are gone. ]: She had great videos, too. Oh well. But credit for this idea goes to her, minus the glitter part. :D
And in this one, I'm just showing you how to do two basic flowers. I had to use a paper since I had no idea how to film it, LOL. I had a hard enough time trying to find a way to record my hands. My camera had to be in an angle from a box, with was ALSO in an angle! Haha

CHI BIOSILK FLAT IRON - REVIEW
Click the name to view the website.
So here I am, back with a detailed review! Well, a written, that is. LOL.
First of all, I want to address something that has been bothering me. Just because some guru's on youtube get "free" items to review, does NOT mean that they HAVE to give a good review. They are giving a review so the VIEWERS will know what is a pro, and what is a con. I give my honest opinion in my reviews. If you want to see a product review, I highly suggest you go to Irene, pinkiexcharm, on youtube. She does great reviews and go really in depth in her videos. There are reviewers/gurus out there who says that they will not do a review if the item is bad. I, however, ask the person who had given me the product and ask if they still want me to do a review even if I did not like it. I want my viewers to know why I don't like it, and what I do like about it, even though I am not recommending a product.
SO! Onward to the review!
Price: $94.95
Price: 4 out of 5 stars
Packaging: 4 out of 5
Overall: 2 out of 5
What it claims to do:
Combining the best in flat iron technology with an eye towards the silkiest, smoothest finish. Tourmaline ceramic plates generate more ionic action than ceramic alone, sealing cuticles and repelling humidity for frizz free, healthy hair you'll have to feel to believe. Plus, the Biosilk Tools Ergonomic Tourmaline Ceramic Flat Iron is incredibly versatile: use it to smooth, straighten, spike, piece, swirl, curl, flip and bend your hair to perfection.
What I saw it do:
Makes my hair straight, yanks out a few strands, did not piece, swirl or curl. It did, however somewhat flip, smooth and straighten. I am not sure about spike, because I do not have any short hair to do it, ):
List of PROS
- flatten my hair
- heats up fast
- easy to use
- easy to clasp
List of CONS
- hard to curl, if any at all
- yanks out strands of hair while flattening
- cannot achieve any hair style that I desired
- had a odd gap when clasping
Let me say this before you read onto the full review. A good flat iron is an expensive flat iron. Spend that extra money to get a good flat iron. Do your research and see which is suitable for your hair. Every hair is different. If you say my video before reading this, I am going to repeat myself. Everyone's hair is different. Just because I say that I hate it, doesn't mean that you'll hate it, too. Just because my hair "sounds" like your hair, it does not necessarily mean that your hair is EXACTLY like mine. I bet BeautyChoice.com has a great return policy. You can try this out, and if you do not like it, you can return it. I have been talking to a man named Jordan Armstrong from BeautyChoice.com, and he's as nice as the next guy! And that would be the OTHER Jordan. I just had to throw that in there if they were reading this. Let me tell you, when I was talking to him, he said, "Hold on, let me hand you over to Jordan," And I just sat there with a weird look on my face thinking, "Oh god, I wasn't talking to Jordan? I did call his cell phone and he said "Jordan" in the beginning. Did I just sound like a blubbering idiot to another worker?!" And I guess he took my silence as an "uhhh" moment, and said, "my co-worker is also named Jordan, there are two," So I go, "OHHHH." LOL. Well, was that an air-headed moment for me. (: Okay! Story time over. As I was saying before I got distracted, they have a great return policy where you can read here:
BeautyChoice.com's Return Policy
Remember, no exchanges/returns for wigs or extensions for sanitary reasons. It's like returning your used undies to where ever you bought it from.
FULL DETAILED REVIEW
When I got this flat iron, the first thing I noticed right away was that it was blue. And red. Red ceramic plates?! Now, I have never seen that before, so I thought it was pretty unique! I did not know that BioSilk was a product of CHI, so I learnt something!
I tried this flat iron out later that night. Use a heat protectant serum or some sort to protect your hair. I used my Fantasia Heat Protectant Serum.
PROS
I absolutely LOVE how easy this is to use, though! It's just an on and off button, and a dial for the temperature. Did I mention that it went up to 420 degrees? Now that's H-O-T, HOT! But I'm scared that that will damage my hair. I mean, once you clasp, a LOT of steam comes out! Haha.
I also LOVE the feel of this. The blue part is a matte feeling, I'm not sure of how to describe it, but it's soft, not like a hard surface. It kind of feels like a ring box? Velvet, but not too soft. That's the closest I can get from describing the feel.
Also, the wire is pretty long, so I like how I can move everywhere along my room or bathroom as I use this. It also has this Velcro attached to it so it has an organized storage. Why is that so cool to me? Because it's actually STUCK there, so you will never lose the Velcro! Just wound up the wire, and round up. It's that easy.
When I flat iron, other than the fact that it pulls out a few strands of my hair and the gap, it is a good flat iron, not the best, but a good flat iron, ONLY if you want your hair to be flat and some what flipped
CONS
The first thing I noticed that it made my hair smell as if it's burnt. That was bad, I had never have that happen to me before with any other irons, even my crappy Con-air one. (Can you tell that I'm not a fan of Con-Air products unless it's a hair brush? Haha) Anyway! The hair smelling part was bad, and I looked at the degree it was on. It was on a low 200. What the? 200? That's not good. So besides the smell, I cranked it up to 300 anyway.
As I was flat ironing my hair, I noticed that for some reason it did not fully straighten my hair, only the tip of the flat iron. Let me tell you this, my hair is poofy to put it blankly. It frizzes and sometimes there are a bit wavy at the ends, with the front layers curling in. In the video, I showed you how it is. So, as I was saying, I was trying to flat iron my hair, but the top of the flat iron wwould straighten, but not the bottom of the flat iron. I then looked at the flat iron, and saw this:
There was a gap there when I clasped it. I was wondering if I received a faulty one or was it supposed to be like that. I then just started to flat iron my hair as usual like I do with my HerStyler. Darn thing caught some of my hair and yanked it off! LOL. Now, usually I don't care if my hair gets pulled. You can tie my hair onto a truck and just drive, it would not hurt me. But I know a lot of you girls, (or guys!), hate having their hair yanked off. No doubt that will be a con.
Curling. Now THAT was such a disaster. I don't know if it was either I was cranky because it wasn't working right, or I had a bad hair day, or down to the point where I just couldn't do a curl that day. But after 20 minutes of trying to get the flat iron to curl, I went to go get my HerStyler and see if I can curl with that one. Yep. The curling was perfect with that flat iron. When I tried with the BioSilk again, same technique as I did with the framing your face one, it did not work. It just gave me this weird looking curl, or a flip.
Another one was as I'm trying to curl or flip, since there is a gap, it would let my hair fall through.
So today I was going to go out with my sister, and I told her to use the BioSilk and see how does she like it. The first thing she said when she finished her first swipe was, "What's that weird smell?!" So you can see that I am not the only one experiencing the hair burnt/weird smell. When she finished flat ironing her hair, I had asked her if it caught her hair and she said yes. So most likely if you use this, you're going to experience the weird hair smell and the hair catching.
I really wanted to love this flat iron. I heard GREAT things about the CHI. I actually wanted to buy the CHI and was on a hunt for it until I ran across my HerStyler. So to the point of all of this?
Do I recommend you buying this?
I suggest you try it out if and only if you're looking for a flat iron, hence the FLAT IRON. Not to curl or anything, just to straighten your hair. With the great return policy, what do you have to lose?
I am big on what it says on the box and what it claims to do. So if it does not do what it claims to do, that is a major thumbs down for me.
Visit BeautyChoice.com to see their other items, and I see a few that are well worth buying!

ELF PRODUCTS
I had recently placed an order at www.eyeslipsface.com and bought a butt-load of stuff. (: LOL Here's a helpful resource. (I had no other words. LOL) Go to
http://www.couponmountain.com/Elf-Cosmetics-coupons-deals.html?source=Inktomi_Elf-Cosmetics
And, you can see the coupons they have! Free shipping, which is ALWAYS a plus in my book! OR, you can get a free mineral foundation, or brush! But, the only down side of this, is that you can only use ONE coupon. If you refer three friends, you also get a free gift. I did, and I got the lipstick cell phone duo. Another thing, is that it takes a while for them to ship. I totally understand, however. It takes 7 - 14 days for your order to PROCESS. But hey! for ONE dollar per item, it is totally worth the wait. :D

EYEBROWS
I bet everyone out there is lazy to pluck their eyebrows, but it's a necessity, unless you want a really bushy eyebrow. And don't you hate it when you mess up? Or worse, if it's CROOKED? Well! I have a problem solver! It's the Anastasia of Beverly Hills Brow Kit. I was contacted by Lisa Park to do a review. She had seen my How to Fill in your Brows video and had asked me to do a review. And let me tell you, I will never go to a professional again! This is definitly fool-proof and ANYONE can do this!
Price - $65.00 US
Packaging - 5 out of 5
Overall 5 out of 5
Would I buy this again? YES.
It's all in the stencil, just be sure that your hair fits into the stencil itself, and is not too big for your eyebrow. The only ones that would fit me were the Petite and the Slim High Arch. I love the way the Slim High Arch looked on me, and that is what I used. The videos themselves have pictures, so I won't be posting up any pictures. I did, however, took a picture of my collection, minus a few because some were either missing in action or my sister has it. (:

NEW CHANNEL
I had made a new channel solely for product reviews. It's called BeautyReview, and let me tell you, I had a hard time thinking of a name. LOL. I went from Brookelynn to Lena-something- to lynnwins. So then I just decided on a simple, yet classy name. (:
http://www.youtube.com/user/BeautyReview
I already have reviews on the channel such as:
Price - $100.00 I got mine on sale. It's usually 100 - 200.
Packaging - 5 out of 5
Overall - 5 out of 5
Would I buy again? YES.
I love the flat iron. It's amazing as it makes my hair pin straight, curls, flips and all that jazz! It is expensive, but I would not want a cheap flat iron to ruin my hair. It's important to get a good, ceramic flat iron so it will not damage your hair.
BED HEAD MANIPULATOR
Price -$16.00
Packaging - 4 out of 5
Overall - 2 out of 5
Would I buy again? NO.
For 16 bucks and oily greasy hair, I'll pass. Trust me, didn't get rid of my fly aways, I hated the coconut smell, and the price was just too high. It's sticky and if you accidently lay it down on the wrong side, the goop will transfer to the top and onto the cap. It didn't do ANYTHING for my hair.
SALLY HANSEN HAIR REMOVAL WAX KIT
Price - $5 - 7 dollars
Packaging - 3 out of 5
Overall - 1 out of 5
Would I buy again? NO.
This, to put it bluntly, SUCKS. It does not pull ANY hair out at all. All it does is leaves your skin sticky. Trying it on your brow or lip area would be disastrous. You shouldn't be pulling too hard on your skin anyway, and this just tops the cake. Did I mention that it would hurt to those who have sensitive skin?
Price - Vaires from 20 - 30 dollars
Packaging - Liquid = 5 out of 5, Pressed Powder = 4 out of 5, Loose Powder = 3 out of 5
Overall - Liquid = 2 out of 5, Pressed Powder = 5 out of 5, Loose Powder = 4 out of 5
Would I buy again? YES AND NO. I will only buy the Pressed Powder and Mineralize Skin Finishes.
Ah, MAC foundations are very popular with the pore clogging and break outs. Did I break out when I use the foundations? Only the liquid ones. I have no idea what they put in it, but I break out a little bit more when I wear their Studio Fix Liquid Foundation. All powders I have no problem with at all. I love the Mineralize Skin Finishes/Natural, they leave me with a flawless, airbrushed look. The Mineralize Loose Powder had just came out and I see that the sponge applicator is not that great, I would rather much use my 182 Kabuki brush. It has these little shifters where you would have to shake the foundation so you can get the product. I find it easier just to tap a little of it on a piece of paper. It doesn't make me break out at all.
Price - $ 10.00
Packaging - 4 out of 5
Overall - 4 out of 5
Would I buy again? YES.
I love this product. I love the way it foams up fast and it makes my skin REALLY smooth. The only thing I hated was the Velcro part because it doesn't really stick on the conditioning side. It exfoliates my skin perfectly and doesn't hurt when I do. The only thing I don't like about this is that it's vibrates really loud. So who knows what your friends are thinking when you're in the shower using this. LOL. I love that this is water proof. (:
Price - $11.00
Packaging - 4 out of 5
Overall - 4 out of 5
Would I buy again? NO.
I have to say, that this is a small, compact little face cleaner. I love the fact that it cleans and gets rid of my make up. I feel a cool tingly feeling when I wash, which I love feeling when I was my face. But, alas, everything has something wrong with it. It doesn't foam as much as I would like it to, and the smell of it, I don't know why, I don't like the smell at all. I don't really see anything SO special about it. It didn't leave my skin as soft as the Dove one. It exfoliated, but did not condition. I like the fact that it is not as loud as the Dove, though. And the grip of this is okay, but nothing special. Like I said earlier, it vibrates, and who knows what would your friends or family would think what you're doing in the shower. LOL.

DOVE SKIN VITALIZER
Price - $ 10.00
Packaging - 4 out of 5
Overall - 4 out of 5
Would I buy again? YES.
I love this product. I love the way it foams up fast and it makes my skin REALLY smooth. The only thing I hated was the Velcro part because it doesn't really stick on the conditioning side. It exfoliates my skin perfectly and doesn't hurt when I do. The only thing I don't like about this is that it's vibrates really loud. So who knows what your friends are thinking when you're in the shower using this. LOL. I love that this is water proof. (:
NEUTROGENA WAVE
LOL.
EASY WAVY HAIR IN LESS THAN 10 MINUTES
Have you ever want to spice up your day with something different with your hair? Nothing too fancy, or complicated? WELL, thanks to Beatrix2the9, I sort of copied her idea and made it to accommodate how I usually do my hair.
You don't have to do the EXACT same thing as me, I didn't do the same thing that Beatrix2the9 had done. I worked with damp hair, and put the products in my hair after I had gotten out of the shower. She, however, sprayed her hair with water to make it damp. Just play around, and in no time, you'll have a great, simple yet eye catching hair style. (:

I just realized that I haven't posted up my hair curling tutorial. Here it is!
Exfoliating my legs was a challenge for me, since I hated those pouf sponges thingy. So I had an idea. I can use my Dove skin vitalizer to exfoliate AFTER I'm done using it with my face. I'll be doing a tutorial/review on that soon. More details to come! I feel like a commercial. LOL.

BRAUN SILK-éPIL EPILATOR
Leg hair, Arm Pit hair (YES, ARM PIT HAIR. I said it.), Bikini line, Facial hair, you name it. We all have it and us girls, and some boys, want it gone! Well, I recently bought an Epilator, and boy! Was I satisfied! This post will be a review on the:
Price: 74.99 at Target
Packaging: 5 out of 5
Product: 5 out of 5
Overall: 5 out of 5
Hurt Factor: (haha) 4 out of 5
Would I buy this again?: YES.
Also, please note that everyone has a different pain tolerance. This is a review based on how I felt when I used it. If I didn't feel pain doesn't necessarily mean that you won't feel it. (:
What is an EPILATOR?
- An Epilator is a device where instead of regular shaving, where it will just cut off the hairs on your legs, etc., an Epilator will pull off the hair. You can say it's another way to wax. Think of it as a tweezer. It plucks the hair out... but this little device has 40 tweezers. LOL. (:
Does it hurt?
- From my experience, it didn't really hurt at all. The only place where I cringed at A LITTLE was my ankle and at the first swipe, my thigh. Please consider that I have a high tolerance for hair pulling. Meaning that if someone were to pull a hair out of my head, it wouldn't hurt. But overall, it did not hurt at all.
What does it feel like?
- After a while, I began to notice that when it pulls out my hair, it feels as if you're leg is numb like the needle-like numb kind. So if you can stand that, you can most likely stand this.
My hair: is thin, not that dark.
When I held the Epilator, it was fairly medium sized. Just perfect for handling a device. I didn't find it bulky at all. Here's what it looks like compared to a quarter. There is a light at the switch where you turn on and it works great! You can see all the little hairs and what not. There are two speeds, slow (it doesn't seem slow at first, LOL), and a higher speed. After I got more comfortable using the Epilator, I switched it onto fast mode.
Now, when I first saw the Epilator's head itself, I was scared out of my wits! LOL. It looked intimidating, (I'll be calling this part of the epilator the "intimidating head") but it's not at all! You can actually touch your finger with it and it wouldn't cut your finger. It shouldn't, anyway. Ignore the hair like things, that's a cotton ball, I was de-sanitizing it. LOL. :D
This detachable head came with the Epilator first. It's for the "newbies." There are two massaging rolls. They're supposed to soothe your pain since it would be the first time using it. However, when I first used it, all that I found was that it tickled me to death! So I detached that head and moved on to the other detachable head.
This one worked wonders for me! Didn't tickled at all, until I hit my thighs. I'm naturally tickled at that area, I guess I'm bias at that point.
This is a totally new head of a head. Does that make sense? You would take the intimidating Epilator out, and this turns into a shaver/trimer itself. Which is cool, say if some hairs wouldn't budge, you can pull this sucker out and just shave it out. OR, if you're too scared to use it for the underarms, you can use this shaver.
After you have Epilatated and whatnot, cleaning was such an ease. They give you a brush, and with a couple of swipes, they're all gone!
Inside, it gives you a cute white pouch/bag where you can store everything. Note that mine is one with an outlet, not a rechargeable one. And you should NOT use this near or in water. Overall, don't get this wet.
Overall, I LOVE this. I HIGHLY suggest that you pop a tylenol or advil an hour before. It'll help ease the pain. As they say, the more you use this, the lesser the pain it will be in the future.
DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT, forget to exfoliate! After epilatating, I went to shower and used a fofa? Fola. I forget what one of those thingies are called. :D. to exfoliate. This will prevent ingrown hairs as it would get rid of dead skin cells and what not.
Hope this helps some of you! :D Don't forget to come back soon for a video review. I will turn on and show you how loud this thing is! That's the only thing I didn't like about this. (:
I will be updating on how long it will take the hair to grow back and what not. But do remember, than all of the hair grows in different cycles when you barely use it. It can take up to a month or so for it to ALL actually grow at the same pace. Do you know what I mean? Say if you missed a spot while shaving and now that you're using a epilator, some of the hairs isn't even grown out yet. So you would have to epilatate for a few good weeks. (:
I shall now go to sleep with my baby butt smooth legs. :D!

This was how my first experience with the Braun Epilator was.
When I first pulled in the Epilator, I turned it on and VROOOOOOOOOOOOM! It was so LOUD! I literately jumped and turned it off. I never knew it can be so loud! So I turned it on again and looked at the intimidating head. It was moving fast and I was scared that it will cut me. So I turned it off, and went to pop a tylenol. LOL. I waited for a good hour, since I heard that's what you do when you go wax your bikini area. Either that, or go have a good drink or two. :D
After about an hour, I went back to use the Epilator. Holy mother of Cheesecakes! I was nervous. As I put it on my ankle, it pulled a hair out already and I cringed a little bit, but not that much. The tylenol helped a lot throughout the process. It says that the ankle to the knee should take about 10 - 15 seconds.
NOTE! Epilatating is a LONG process.
Legs. As I went throughout my legs, It didn't really hurt me. As I went along my leg, it just felt as if my leg had the needle-like numbness. And before anyone asks, YES, I do feel it pulling my leg hair out.
Thighs. Now, when I finished my calves, I went to the thighs. The top of my thigh, it tickled me as I said above. But that's when i was moving it. I did feel it pulling my hair out, and I have to say, I did feel a little pain. But after two or three swipes, I got used to it. If I had to say where did it hurt the most, I would say the top thigh.
Behind the thigh was another story. It was like my calves. I feel it pulling out hair, but it wasn't all that bad.
Underarms. Now, I'm a moderately chubby girl. LOL. And it says to stretch your skin as you epilatate. You can't do that when you're doing the under arms while another arm is occupied. But that was just me. I used the shaver head for this one, since I'm not even hairy at my underarms. It worked great.
The struggles I had was my knee caps. I had to spend a little bit more time as it's a more rougher surface and has dips and ups.
Bikini line. I have to say, it hurted mildly, but I think it would go better in time. LOL.
I didn't use the shaver head for my legs, as it was all HAIRLESS when I was finished. It took me a good half hour to an hour to do everything.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO DO BEFORE AND AFTER
BEFORE
- Pop a tylenol or advil an hour before to ease the pain. This is like waxing. It pulls the hair out of the roots.
- Make sure that where ever you are going to use the Epilator, the surface area is CLEAN. Meaning no lotion, cream, deodorants, or ANYTHING is on. Wash with soap and pat dry.
- Don't use this near water. This isn't meant to be near water unlike the Panasonic one.
AFTER
- EXFOLIATE. Don't forget this as it can cause ingrown hair if you don't do it.
-I suggest doing this before you shower.
- If you have redness, you can use a creame (like the ones they give you in a home waxing kit) or lotion to soothe the redness away. I find just showering afterwards get rid of it. (:

MILANI EYESHADOWS
So I went to Target today and I couldn't help but buy these eye shadows! They're so pretty and shimmery. And the way it's shaped reminds me of the Mineralized Eyeshadows from MAC.

CLINIQUE LASH POWER
I also bought the Clinique's Lash Power. I've been eyeing it since before it came out when I came across it in Sephora. I LOVE the way it doesn't clump OR run down at the dark circles of my eyes. I hate that the only way to take it off is with warm water rather than my eye make up remover. But that's just me. (:
Would I buy this again?
DEFINITLY! It doesn't give me as much length as the Define-A-Lash, but I LOVE how this doesn't clump! I would give this a 4 out of 5 stars. (:
CLINIQUE LINE SMOOTH(ING?) CONCEALER
I forgot if it was smoothing or smooth, haha.
It's an okay product, I noticed that it does cover my scars MORE than my Almay concealer, but it doesn't really do it for my under eye circles. Almay does that very well for me, but not the scars. So I guess I'll be using these two LOL.
So bottom line, Almay is good for under eyes, and Clinique is good for hiding them annoying scars. (: But if you would have to just get ONE, I would suggest the Almay.

HAUL
Here are a few things that I bought in the past couple of weeks. My Astronomy class was canceled on Monday, and I had a class after. What did I do for about two hours? Make up shopping! LOL. It was canceled AGAIN today, and I also went to the mall, but I went to Wet Seal instead and bought clothes. c[:
Here comes the make up!
Here comes the make up!
MAC FIX+ & MAC BRUSH CLEANSER
Fix+
Price: $15 US
What does it do?
Fix+, on the MAC website describes it as:
An aqua-spritz of vitamin and minerals, infused with a calm-the-skin blend of green tea, chamomile, cucumber, topped off with the fresh, natural, energizing scent of Sugi. Adds radiance, finishes makeup. Spray it on. Skin drinks it up!
From my experience, when I first used Fix+, I didn't see the difference at all, but a few days after using it, I noticed that my foundation doesn't look cake-y at all! I notice sometimes after I finish my make up before I had Fix+, my foundation cakes. I know that practically EVERY girl, or guy, out there had a problem with foundations being cake-y. Well! Fix+ would fix that, and would get rid of the cake-yness! It works GREAT! The vitamins and ingredients in Fix+ helps make your skin softer and gives it a nice glow. You can spray this before or after make up. Hold the spray away from your face about a foot or so, and spray on! I tend to press my lips together when I spray this on.
PROS:
No cake-yness! I do notice that my foundation lasts longer when I spray this on. My concealer doesn't rub off, or my foundation doesn't run off. I love how the bottle looks, the spray part of it is the best. It has a lock-in twist where you can just twist the top so it would seal the spray, just in case you drop it and it squirts out. You can also use this as an alternative to mixing medium! Just give it a squirt on your brush, and wa-la! And this is a Back-2-Mac product! YAY!
CONS:
I'm the type of person who doesn't like fragrance in make up. This is no different, it has this fragrance where it's not HORRIBLE, but for those who are like me and don't like fragrances in make up, that would be a little pet peeve about this product.
Would I buy this product again?
Yes! It's a great refresher for your face whenever you need a little pick-me-up! Say after you come home from school and about to go out again, all you need to do is a little retouch on powder, and spray.
BRUSH CLEANSER
Price: $10 US
What does it do?
From the MAC website:
This one product will clean, disinfect and condition the brush fibers so that brushes will last longer. It is convenient to use and is specifically designed to extend the life of high quality brushes. Brush Cleanser leaves your brushes smelling fresh and clean, and helps shorten their drying time.
The brush cleanser is self-explanatory. It sanitizes your brushes, and is used for easy cleansing for the brushes on the go. HOWEVER! You need to clean your brushes with a gentle soap once a week. This is just to clean the brushes after you had used them, and not have to wash them after every use.
PROS:
Just a few swipes after damping the brush works wonders! It cleanses fast and is a major time savor. Just have a clean towel, or clean napkin in handy!
CONS:
There are many things that I dislike about this cleanser. First of all, it doesn't have a spray. Which would be great seeing as some brushes, for example the MAC 217, 224, brushes would absorb the product. All you really need is a spray. You can go to your local Michaels and find a Spray bottle, and it works just as fine. Another problem when I used this was when I cleaned my MAC 187 brush. For some reason after I had cleaned it, I layed it flat on my desk. The next day when I looked at it, the nylon (the white part) was a dark blue grey on one of the sides! The hairs had dyed the nylon hairs and I freaked out. After washing the brush with warm water, it had luckily went away. I suggest not cleaning your MAC 187 brush without a spray. A spray is a must. It's not THAT fast drying.
Would I buy this product again?
Nope. This was a no-go with me. I would rather clean my brushes with gentle soap. My experience with my precious MAC 187 brush was horrific! This product is flammable, so be careful.

I had taken some pictures of cleaning my MAC 239 brush.

REVLON COLORSTAY LIQUID EYELINER
Price: $6.59 (at Target) US
What does it do?
One of the most popular eyeliners out there is the Revlon ColorStay PENCIL Eyeliner. This is the LIQUID eyeliner. It stays for 16 hours, no smudges or runny!
PROS:
It does not smudge at all! It lasts for a long time, and unlike pencil eyeliners, it does not transfer to my crease. I have always had that problem with the pencils, even after applying it with an eyeshadow. Easy to use and the blackest black is, in fact, BLACK BLACK. It dries pretty fast.
CONS:
It's a tiny bit shiny after it dries. I like brushes that isn't like a marker. The feel of this brush tip is like a sharpie. I like the brushes where it's fur(?), as it's more easier for me to apply.
Would I buy this product again?
Definitely. It lasts me a long time, and I can apply this with my MAC 266 brush or with the brush applicator itself. It can create fine, thin lines to thick lines.
A closer look at the brush tip applicator I was talking about.
A swatch of the color. Blackest Black.
MAC FAFI QUAD # 2
Price: $36 US
Fafi was the latest release from MAC, and the FAFI QUAD # 2 caught my eye. The colors were beautiful! So bright and fun.The colors together are gold, redish pink, light green, and a pale-dark blue.
PROS:
The colors together are fun and bright. The design on the case itself is cute. When you buy a fafi product, they give you a poster with a CD.
CONS:
Boy, the colors are really SHEER. You need a good paint pot for this one! Even with UDPP (Urban Decay Primer Potion), it is still sheer. Even though the design of the fafi character's are cute, the picture on the case itself is a sticker. That's it. The packaging itself feels cheap. It's a type of plastic where when touched, it leaves fingerprints.
